Stardust (2007)

I heard a comparison of this to The Princess Bride, which sounds pretty accurate to me; It has a lot of the same appeal.  If you’re in the mood for a good dramady, this is a great choice.

I like most Jackie Chan movies, and Chris Tucker makes me laugh.  I enjoyed the previous two, and this one is just as entertaining.  It’s good for a laugh or three.

The Kingdom (2007)

This is about the touchy United States/Saudi Arabia alliance. It kept me interested the whole time: good acting with a good story. Jamie Foxx has impressed me lately(ignore the awful Miami Vice fiasco) with his performance in this and Jarhead.
